Not only do we do General Notary work for the Public. A big part of our business is that we complete Property Loan Signings and cash transactions for Builder, Title Companies and Law Firms. We can supply one Notary or as many Notaries as needed for a full day of closings.
The cost for Contract Closers varies based on the individual location. Closers are paid on a per file or per day basis. In general, the per file charge would range from $125 - $150. This would depend on the location of the closing and whether the Closer would be required to download, print and copy the closing package. The per day rate for Contract Closers on-site is $425 - $500.
We also work with Law Firms Notarizing Legal Documents and Estate Planning Documents including Will, Trust, adoption, Divorce, Settlement Documents and immigration documents.
In addition we Notarize commencement and termination affidavits for contractors to start a job for permitting and termination affidavits when the job is completed. Example Roofers, Air Condition Contractor etc. We can complete those Notarizations online or in person. Each of the above needs to have their own Notary order form in order that the client can specify what type of work they need to order.
